Support access and your account's security

No one at Kabora has standing access to your account. When support needs to look inside to help you, a staff member opens a support window: time-boxed to hours, read-only, and carrying a generated ticket number (like SUP-1042) and a written reason you can read.

What support can — and can't — see

Inside a window, support sees your team members, your listings, and your 15 latest reservations, with their totals and without guest names (a payout question can't be answered blind). What they can never see: your payment details or bank information — Kabora never stores card numbers at all, they live with the payment processor — and never your guest message threads.

Your controls

Settings → Security → Support access shows every live window — who, the ticket, why, until when — each with its own Revoke button, plus one button that revokes everything at once. Disable support access stops anyone at Kabora opening a window at all, until you allow it again. Below it, Access history records every grant, view, and closure with its ticket and reason.

Every access writes to an append-only audit log. The same trail support sees is the one you see, because transparency that only one side can read isn't transparency.
