Where Your Trips Are

Your stays are under Trips in your Kabora account. One list holds both the stays you booked and the stays you joined as someone else's travel companion.

How Trips Are Ordered

Every stay that was not called off is in one list. Upcoming stays come first, soonest at the top. Finished stays follow, most recent first. Three appear at once, and View more opens the rest, with their count on the button.

The list loads 100 at a time. After View more, Load older trips at the bottom loads the next ones, so every trip remains within reach.

A stay that ended without taking place leaves the list. This covers canceled, declined, expired and withdrawn stays, and stays the guest never arrived for. A Canceled reservations button appears below instead, and opens them in a separate panel.

In the Kabora app, Trips splits into Upcoming and Past trips, five at a time, with View more and Canceled reservations below.

What Each Label Means

• Waiting on your host: You asked, and the host has not answered.
• Awaiting payment: Nothing is waiting on the host; the payment has not been received.
• Dates no longer available: Those nights were booked or closed before you paid. There is nothing to pay, and nothing has been charged.
• No label: A booked stay with check-in still ahead, where nothing is waiting on anyone. A stay that is not yet booked always states what it is waiting for. An offer from your host reads Special offer, and a stay waiting on your ID says so.
• Cancellation asked for: You asked to cancel, and your host has not answered yet. Until they do, the stay stands.
• Currently staying: The stay has started. The label remains until the end of your checkout day. Your host sees the same nights as Currently hosting.
• Past stay: The dates have passed. The card reflects the dates alone; open the trip to see what took place.

Awaiting payment and Dates no longer available read the same everywhere your own stay appears: your messages, your trips, and the booking page.

Opening a Trip

Tap a card to open the trip in a panel over the list. On a phone-sized screen, it fills the whole width. It contains:

• Your confirmation code.
• The dates, with check-in and checkout times where the host has set them.
• Who is coming.
• What you paid and what was refunded.

The cancellation terms appear too, exactly as you agreed them when you booked. A host who edits their policy afterward cannot change them.

Where your trip has them, rows link to your host, to your arrival details and guidebook, and to the listing. Each row appears only when it applies. For example, the listing row appears while the place is listed and disappears when it is not.

Stays Booked Elsewhere

Kabora is not connected to Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com. A stay booked on one of those sites remains with that site. You view, change, cancel and pay for it there.
