Blocking Dates and Setting Rates

Selecting Nights

Select the nights first, then act on them. Click one night and then another to select the range between them, or press and drag across them. Ranges are inclusive: the last date you select is the last night affected. Escape clears a selection.

On the Multi Calendar and Single Calendar, a panel slides in with the controls. On a listing's own Calendar page, they sit in the side column: Availability carries Available, Block and the two ways to add a booking, and Pricing carries the rule-set picker, for the nights you selected, beside the listing's nightly and weekend rates, which apply to every night.

Actions on Selected Nights

• Block: Closes the nights, with an optional reason and a note ("Deck repairs"). Blocked nights refuse guest bookings immediately, and an Undo appears for a few seconds.
• Available: Reopens blocks you made in Kabora. Nights another site's calendar link closed are canceled on that site; the next read of its link clears them.
• Price and Minimum length of stay: On the Multi Calendar and Single Calendar, set a nightly price or a minimum across the range. Blank keeps what is there. On a listing's own Calendar page, apply a rule-set to the nights instead: it sets both.

Nights marked "A booking you canceled" remain closed: they are the dates of a stay you canceled, which is the rule when a host cancels.

Manual Rates and Automatic Pricing

A rate you set by hand outranks automatic pricing and is never overwritten. With Dynamic Pricing on, Kabora reprices the listing's other nights once a day.
