Check my business

Settings → Tools → Check my business, on the web and in the Kabora app. Kabora reads your own settings and records and lists what is likely wrong, each with why it matters and the one press that fixes it. Nothing changes on its own: every fix is a press of yours. The page says which areas it checked, so Nothing to fix never claims more than it looked at.

What it checks

• Lodging tax. A place charging no lodging tax, or a different rate, where your other places in the same town charge one.
• Owner money. A month an owner's places earned in that no statement covers yet.
• Deposits. A deposit still held two days past the day it goes back, and a damage amount a guest agreed to that nobody collected.
• Cleaning. A guest leaving in the next two weeks with no clean booked before the next guests arrive, the same-day ones first. Only for a business that books its cleans on Kabora.
• Pricing. A space whose base rate is under half, or over twice, what comparable places nearby charge, when at least eight such places can be compared.
• Team access. A member who can change billing, settings or the team and has not signed in for a long time.

Who sees what

Each area shows only to someone who may act on it, within the places they look after: owner money and deposits to whoever may see money, cleaning to whoever may open the cleaning board, pricing to whoever may set rates, and team access to whoever may change the team.
