Roles: what each teammate can do

Settings → Team lists everyone; Roles says what each role can do, screen by screen.

• Admin — everything, including payouts, billing and the team. Admin is never sent in an invite: invite a co-host, then promote or transfer.
• Co-host, at one of three levels — full access runs the places day to day (bookings, messages, prices, listings and everyone's tasks); calendar and messages changes no booking and edits no listing; calendar only is the calendar and prices and nothing else. An Admin can add money, settings or the team to any co-host, and limit any co-host to certain listings.
• Cleaner — their own jobs, in the Kabora app. Changes nothing.
• Property owner — reports and money for their own places, in the owner portal.

Your own roles

Roles → Custom roles → + Add role starts from one of those and changes what it may see and do, and which listings it reaches. A custom role cannot wear a built-in role's name, so *Cleaner* always means the same thing.

Where a role shows

A teammate's role is under their name wherever the team is listed — the Teammates filter in Messages, a task's assignee — so two co-hosts are told apart. Team → Activity is who joined, was invited or removed, whose access changed, and who changed where the money goes.
