Who Guests See as the Host

Choosing Who Is the Host

This setting is under Settings → Business details → Who is the host?

Guests see one name and one face on your listings, in their messages and on their stay page. By default, it is the business's name and profile photo.

If you are the brand, Use my personal name and photo puts your name and photo everywhere the business's were, header included.

Your Photo and Name

Your photo is the one on User profile. If none is there yet, the button tells you to add one first. Later changes there carry over to the business.

Switching Back

The business's own name and profile photo are retained, so Use my business name and photo restores them exactly. The sentence above the button states what guests see today, and is highlighted briefly when it changes, so nobody presses twice.
