Add several properties in one paste

Open Listings → Add several at once. Open each of your listings, select all, and paste them one after another into the box — all of them, in one go. Then press Read them.

Nothing is saved at this point. You get a card per listing showing the name, the address, the bed and bath counts, the nightly price and how many amenities it found, plus a "Still needs you" line naming what the text did not say. Untick anything that came out wrong, then press Add N listings.

Where one listing ends and the next begins

Kabora has to work out where to cut, and you can make that decision for it:

• A line containing only three or more dashes, equals signs or asterisks always starts a new listing. This is the reliable way — but once there is one such line in the paste, blank gaps stop counting, so put one between every pair.
• With no such lines at all, a gap of two or more blank lines starts a new listing. One blank line does not, because descriptions have blank lines inside them.
• A stray scrap like "Show more" joins the listing above it rather than becoming a property of its own.

If two of your places end up in one card, put a line of three dashes between every listing and press Read them again. Your paste stays in the box, so you only edit the gap.

What does not come across

Photos. Text is text — there are no images in a copied listing, so every property arrives without a gallery and you add photos afterwards.

Everything arrives as a draft

Not on the marketplace, not taking bookings, not visible to anyone but you. Pasted text often has no price, and a listing with no price would quote a guest nothing. Set a nightly price and add photos on each one, then list it when you are ready. After an import the properties list offers a "show only drafts" link so you can work through them.

How many at a time

Up to 25 in one paste. Paste more and Kabora reads the first 25, tells you how many it did not read, and you paste the rest afterwards.
