Multi-Unit Listings at One Address

Each unit has its own name, price, capacity, calendar and photos. Guests select a unit on your listing page, and each unit sells its own nights. A booking on the studio never blocks the house.

Enabling Multiple Units

Set the listing type to Multi-unit, in "Which of these best describes your place?" when you add the listing, or later under Details → Listing type. The Units at this address card then appears on the listing page.

Managing Units

• + Add another unit: Adds a unit with its own price and capacity.
• Edit: Clicking a unit's row opens it for editing inline.
• Retire: Unticking Bookable stops the unit selling nights. The unit keeps every booking, review and statement it ever had.
• Delete unit: Offered only while a unit has no reservation history at all. Otherwise the row states the reason.
• Part of: Only for units that share the same walls, such as a duplex bookable whole or by half.

The main unit can never be deleted. Booking a containing unit blocks the unit it contains, and the reverse, so the same space never sells twice. Independent units need no Part of setting.

Unit Photos

Every unit displays the listing's shared gallery, and the first photo remains the cover. In the Photos section, each unit also has its own gallery. Drag a photo between galleries to move it, and within a gallery to reorder it. A unit's photos appear on the listing, labeled with the unit's name.

What Guests See

The listing page displays a "Which unit" picker with each unit's nightly price. The availability calendar grays out the nights the selected unit has already sold. The total before checkout is priced for the selected unit, and again whenever the guest changes the unit, the dates or the party.
