Multi-unit properties: several listings at one address

One address can carry several bookable units, each with its own name, price, capacity, calendar and photos. Guests pick a unit right on your listing page, and each unit sells its own nights — a booking on the studio never blocks the house.

Turning it on

Set the listing type to Multi-unit — either in "Which is most like your place?" when you add it, or under Details → Property type. The Units at this address card then appears on the property page.

Managing units

• + Add another unit with its own price and capacity from the card.
• Edit any unit inline — click its row.
• Retire a unit by unticking Bookable. It stops selling nights. It keeps all the bookings, reviews and statements it ever had.
• Delete unit is only offered while a unit has no reservation history at all; the main unit can never be deleted. When Delete isn't available, the row says why.
• Part of is only for units that share the same walls — a duplex bookable whole or by half. Booking the containing unit blocks the contained one and vice versa, so the same space can't sell twice. Independent units need nothing there.

Photos

The property's gallery is shared — every unit shows it, and the first photo stays the cover. Each unit can also carry its own photos: open the Photos section and every unit has its own gallery there. Drag a photo between galleries to move it, drag within a gallery to reorder. A unit's photos appear on the listing labeled with the unit's name.

What guests see

The listing page shows a "Which unit" picker with each unit's nightly price, and the availability calendar greys out the selected unit's own taken nights. The total shown before checkout is exact for the first unit and an honest estimate for the others until booking, when the server prices the exact unit chosen.
