Merging duplicate properties

Under Listings → Merge. This is a repair rather than a routine task, which is why it sits one tab away from the main list.

The problem it fixes: the same place added twice keeps two calendars that do not block each other. A guest books one, the other still shows those nights as free, and you find out at the worst possible moment.

Pick the one to keep: its name, photos and rules stay, the others' reservations and messages move onto it, and the others are put away as drafts, so there is a single calendar again. Unmerge splits them back out. Take it slowly and check you have the right pair.
