Metrics, reports, and exports

Metrics covers occupancy, revenue, reservations, messaging response times, review quality, and taxes, over ranges you pick. Widgets can be toggled and reordered so the overview shows what you actually watch.

How a month is counted

A stay's money counts whole in the month it is paid out to you — the day after the guest checks in — whatever its nights: a stay from 29 August to 4 September is August's, and a one-night stay on 30 September is October's. Nights are still nights: occupancy and nights sold count by the night. A booking is counted once, in the month it arrives.

Taking numbers elsewhere

• Export prints the page to PDF, saves a picture of it, or downloads reservations or taxes as CSV.
• Send emails the report — to you, your accountant, a co-owner — as a CSV or a formatted PDF, once or every month or Monday.

Every export respects the date range you're looking at, so what you send is what you saw.
