How Automatic Reviews Work

Under Automation → Reviews, rules write a guest review after each checkout. Each draws one of your templates at random, so reviews do not all read the same. The rule waits the delay you chose, then fills the guest's details into the text.

Where Reviews Post

• Kabora stays, direct stays, and stays you added with the guest's details: The review posts itself when its time comes.
• Stays booked on another site: Kabora never posts these. A calendar link brings dates, not a guest, so those nights never reach this queue.
• Stays you imported with their guest: These wait in the queue. Press Copy, post it on the site the guest booked, then press Mark posted.

Every queued review can be edited before it posts, and keeps your edit. The delay is at most 13 days, so a queued review posts inside the review window.

Sealed Until Both Sides Have Written

A review you post about a guest on Kabora stays hidden from everyone but you until the guest has reviewed too, or 14 days after checkout have passed. The same applies in the other direction: you cannot read what your guest wrote until you have written yours, or those 14 days are over. Neither review is written as an answer to the other.

Three days before those 14 days end, Kabora sends one reminder to whichever of you has not written yet, and nothing after that.
