Automatic guest reviews

Under Automation → Reviews, rules write a guest review after each checkout. Each checkout draws one of your templates at random — so your reviews don't all read identically — waits the delay you chose, and renders the guest's details into the text.

Where posting is real

• Kabora and direct stays, and stays you added with the guest's details: the review posts itself when its time comes.
• A stay booked on another site never reaches this queue: its calendar link brings the dates, not the guest, so review that guest on the site they booked.

Every queued review can be edited before it posts — and an edited review keeps your edit. A queued review not posted 14 days after checkout expires rather than posting stale.

Sealed until both of you have written

A review you post about a guest on Kabora stays hidden from everyone but you until the guest has reviewed their stay too, or until 14 days after checkout have passed. It works the same the other way: you can't read what your guest wrote about the stay until you've written yours, or those 14 days are up. So neither review is written as an answer to the other.

Three days before those 14 days run out, Kabora sends one reminder to whichever of you hasn't written yet. Nothing after that.
