Guest experience
The guest portal
Every stay booked on Kabora, booked direct, or added by you gets a private link to its trip page — long and unguessable.
On a stay booked on Kabora or direct, it is safe to forward to whoever is arriving: anyone holding it sees how to get there and what the place is like — the times, the photos, the house rules — and nothing more. The rest waits for sign-in. A stay you added is the exception: its link shows everything, the code and the money included, to whoever holds it, so send it only to your guest. The door code and the Wi-Fi are for the people on the booking, from three days before arrival. The money — what has been paid, the balance and the Pay button, the receipt, the cancellation terms — is for the person who booked.
Under Automation → Guest portal you'll find the link for every upcoming, current and past stay booked on Kabora, direct or added by you, with one-click copy. The trip page is also where a guest pays after you approve their booking request, and where the guest of a stay you added pays whatever is still due.
What feeds the portal: the property's own details — check-in instructions, Wi-Fi, door codes, house rules — entered once on the property and reused everywhere. If something's blank in the portal, fill it on the property page and it appears.
