Discounts: booking windows, length of stay, a new listing, and blocked dates

Under a listing → Discounts.

• Booking windows — a percentage off for booking early, or at the last minute.
• Length of stay — a percentage off a week or a month, each from a number of nights you set. Monthly wins over weekly; they never stack.
• New listing — 20% off the first three bookings of a new listing, so it earns its first reviews. It stacks with the weekly and monthly discounts, and stops on its own.
• Blocked dates — periods when every discount pauses and guests pay the full rate.

Apart from the new-listing discount, one discount applies to a stay: the largest it qualifies for. A promo code (under Direct bookings → Promo codes) is different — it is a code a guest types on your own booking site, and the other sites you list on will not honour it.
