Listing Discounts

Discounts are set under a listing → Discounts.

• Booking windows: A percentage off for booking early, or at the last minute.
• Length of stay: Off a week or a month, each from a number of nights you set. The monthly discount takes precedence over the weekly one, and they never stack.
• New listing: 20% off the first three bookings in a listing's first 90 days, so it earns its first reviews. It adds to any other discount the stay earns, and ends after three bookings or 90 days.
• Blocked dates: Periods when every discount pauses and guests pay the full rate.

Otherwise, a stay takes only the largest discount it qualifies for.

Promo Codes

A promo code is a code a guest enters at checkout. Create one under Settings → Listings → Promo codes for Kabora's checkout, or under Direct bookings → Promo codes for your own site. It never adds to a better discount. See the help article on promo codes.
