Guest records: VIP, blocked, merged

Press a guest's name on a reservations row, in search, on Scheduled messages or on Reviews to open their page: every stay with you, their reviews, and the marks. In a conversation, their name opens a profile pane instead.

• Mark as VIP — a chip on their page and beside their conversation, so the team knows. It changes nothing on its own.
• Block from booking — with a reason. A blocked person cannot book you on Kabora or on your own site; their existing stays are untouched. The reason is yours and is not shown to them.
• Blocked by another host — when somebody who books you has been blocked by a different business on Kabora, you are told beside their name and on the booking alert ("Blocked by 1 other host"), without the reason or the business. Told, not overruled: the booking stands unless you decide otherwise.
• Merge into this profile — when another record shares their email, phone or name, *This may be the same person* offers to fold it in, with every stay kept; Undo puts it back.

The email and phone on a record are the guest's real ones for a Kabora or direct booking. A calendar link brings dates, not a guest, so nights another site booked have no record here; add the stay yourself if you want to write to that guest from Kabora.
