The Reservations Table and the Stay Page

The Tabs on Home

Home holds your stays under six tabs: Overview, Today, Upcoming, Past, Canceled and All. Today is the day's board: arrivals, departures, who is in the house now, and the tasks. Upcoming, Past, Canceled and All share one table.

A Reservation Row

Every row shows the guest's face and name, with Group of 3 or Self below, and the reservation number. Then come the listing, with its photo and kind, the dates and nights, what the guest pays and what you net, and the status. The same row appears on a guest's page and in the Guest portal's links, so it is learned once.

• Guest's name or face: Opens their page.
• Reservation number: Opens its conversation in Messages.
• Listing's name: Opens the listing.
• Anywhere else on the row: Opens the stay.

Sort by any column header except Reservation, and search by guest, code or listing.

The Stay Page

A stay opens on its conversation, with the reservation in the column beside it. It holds the listing and its standing, the dates and times, the guests, and Price and payment details, with every line, the payments and the security deposit. It also holds the stay's tasks and door code, its change history and activity, and Team notes.

Manage reservation is the sheet for changing dates or guests, canceling, sending or requesting money, and offering extras. Nothing about a stay is managed anywhere else.

A stay's own page, and the stay in the Kabora app, opens on the place's photo with the profile photos of everyone on the stay. Guests see the same header on their trip.
