Invite your team

Under Settings → Team, invite teammates by email. Each invitation carries a role — the base of what that person can do in your account.

• A Co-host runs the places day to day, at the level you pick.
• A Cleaner gets their own jobs in the Kabora app.
• A Property owner gets the owner portal.
• Admin is never sent in an invite: invite a co-host, then promote or transfer once they join.

The invitee gets an email with an accept link. If they don't have a Kabora account yet, the link walks them through creating one and lands them in your business.

Cleaners and maintenance crews live under Operations → Teammates and hear about jobs by email. Invite the same address as a Cleaner and their jobs, and each job's thread, reach them in the Kabora app; they never use your dashboard.

If you work in more than one business

One Kabora account can belong to several businesses — your own, and anybody else's that invited you. Your name in the top right has the business you are working in underneath it; if there is more than one, it opens a list and you pick.

Everything follows the one you pick: listings, calendar, messages, money. The choice stays with your account, so your phone opens the same business your laptop does, and it survives signing out.

Accepting an invitation takes you straight into the business you accepted, so you can start there without hunting for it.
