Sending an Invitation

Invite teammates by email under Settings → Team. Each invitation carries a role, which sets the base of what that person can do:

• Co-host: Runs the places day to day, at the level you select.
• Cleaner: Receives their own jobs in the Kabora app.
• Property owner: Receives the owner portal.
• Custom role: A role you created under Settings → Team → Roles grants exactly what it allows.

Admin is never sent in an invitation. Invite a co-host, then promote them or transfer to them once they join. See roles and what each teammate can do.

The invitee is emailed an accept link. Without a Kabora account, the link guides them through creating one and into your business.

Cleaners and Maintenance Crews

Cleaners and maintenance crews are listed under Operations → Teammates and are told about jobs by email. Invite the same address as a Cleaner, and their jobs and each job's thread reach them in the Kabora app. They never use your dashboard.

Working in More Than One Business

One Kabora account can belong to your own business and any other that invited you. The top of the page displays the business you are working in, beside your photo. Press its name to select another.

Listings, calendar, messages and money all follow that selection. It is stored with your account, so your phone opens the same business as your laptop, and it remains after you sign out. Accepting an invitation takes you directly into that business.
