Photos that do the work

Under a listing → Details → Photos. Drag to reorder; the first photo is the hero — the one in search results, at the top of the listing page, on the reservations table and on your own booking site.

What to know

• The ceiling is 100 per listing. It is the same number on the web and the phone, held in one place, so the two never disagree.
• Five is the floor to be listed at all. Fewer, and the status button says so.
• Photos are served at the size they are shown, so a listing with a hundred of them still opens quickly.
• A guest's photo viewer opens on the photo they tapped, not the first, and fits their screen.

What a good set looks like

Good advice is simple: lead with the room a guest will live in, show every sleeping space so "sleeps six" is believed, and shoot in daylight. In the Kabora app, Sleeping arrangements records what each room holds, and a photo filed under a room appears on its card under Where you'll sleep.
