Managing Photos

Photos are under a listing → Details → Photos. Drag a photo to reorder it. The first photo is the hero, shown in search results, at the top of the listing page, on the reservations table and on your own booking site.

Photo Limits and Display

• Maximum: 100 photos, on the web and the phone alike.
• Minimum: Five photos to be listed at all. With fewer, the status button says so.
• Loading: Photos are served at the size they are displayed, so a hundred photos still open quickly.
• Guest viewer: Opens on the photo the guest selected, not the first, and fits their screen.

Choosing a Good Set

Lead with the room a guest will live in. Show every sleeping space, so that "sleeps six" is believed. Take photos in daylight.

Filing Photos Into Rooms

On the web, the rooms and their beds are under Details → Rooms and beds. In the Kabora app, a listing's Photo tour holds its rooms, each with its photos and its beds. Once the listing has rooms, the Photos page displays a gallery for each; drag a photo into the room it shows. A photo filed under a room appears on that room's card under Where you will sleep.

Auto-arrange files the photos for you. It is above the galleries on the web, and under Photo tour → All photos in the app. Each press examines up to 40 photos not yet in a room and files each in the room it shows. It then reports how many it moved and how many stayed put. A kitchen or the exterior is not one of your rooms. With more than 40 photos, the rest wait for the next press. The cover photo stays first.

Auto-arrange requires Kabora's photo reader; where it is off, the button says so, and you file photos yourself. When photos are in no room yet, the Photo tour states how many and links to All photos.
