Your listing
Your listing, page by page
Open Listings, then a listing. The overview shows its status beside the Kabora badge, its photo, its calendar and its stays; the sections down the left are the editor.
Details
- Property type — what kind of place, and how many it sleeps.
- Essentials — the name guests see, your own name for it, the headline and the description.
- Location — the address and pin guests get once they have booked, and whether to show the exact spot before that; until then guests see an area.
- Photos — up to 100, the first one is the hero on Kabora and on your own site. See "Photos that do the work".
- Arrival and Checkout — the times, how guests get in, the Wi-Fi, and what a guest needs to know on the day. Your scheduled messages and the stay page read them.
- Rules — house rules, and the switches behind them (children, pets, smoking, events, quiet hours). See "House rules, safety and cameras".
- Guest safety — dangers to know about, what to expect, and where each safety device is. Cameras are declared when you add a listing, and after that in the Kabora app.
- Licences — the registration numbers a city asks for; they travel with the listing.
Amenities and Guest resources
Amenities is what the place has, the safety devices included. Guest resources is the guidebook, your answers to common questions and links a guest can open from their stay page.
Availability
- General and Booking rules — minimum and maximum nights, advance notice, preparation time, and the days a stay may start or end. Rule-sets go on the calendar.
- Instant book — whether a request is accepted on its own, only when low-risk, or held for you.
Pricing and discounts
- Pricing — the nightly and weekend rate, the extra-guest charge, fees, security deposits and taxes.
- Discounts — booking early or at the last minute, length of stay, a new listing's opening discount, and dates when no discount applies.
The rest
- Calendar — this listing's nights, rates and blocks.
- Cancellation policy — which policy guests book under.
- Payments → Payment schedules — whether a guest on your own site pays everything at booking or in parts.
- Operations — the turnover tasks the listing creates, who is told, and the teammates who can see it.
- Direct — this listing on your own booking sites.
Each page saves on its own; nothing waits for a Publish button. What can stop a listing going live is one thing at a time, and the status button beside the badge says which — see "Publishing a listing: what has to be true".
