What Kabora costs

Under Settings → Payments and payouts → Fees.

There is no subscription and no monthly charge. Every feature is included for everyone.

How Kabora makes money

From a share of the bookings Kabora takes the payment for, and only after the guest has paid. A guest who found you on Kabora costs one rate; a guest you brought yourself — who booked on your own site, or paid through Kabora for a stay you typed in — costs a lower one. Money a guest sends you through Kabora after booking carries the lower rate too.

A stay paid to you outside Kabora costs nothing, and so does a night a calendar link blocked: Kabora did not take that money, so it takes nothing from it.

Where it comes from

Your payout. The share splits away as Stripe takes the guest's payment, so it never sits in your balance, there is never a bill, and nothing is taken unless you have earned it. It never applies to lodging tax. When a stay is refunded, in part or in full, the fee already taken stays taken — Kabora keeps every fee it collected, whoever cancelled and whatever the reason; nothing new is charged on the refund itself.
