Team notes and my notes on a conversation

Beside every conversation, under the reservation: Team notes and My notes, side by side.

• Team notes — read and written by everyone on the host side of the business with access to the listing. On a booked stay it is the same note as Team notes on the reservation, so editing one edits both. What the cleaner should know, what the guest said on the phone, the thing to remember next time.
• My notes — yours alone. No teammate reads them, no guest ever does.

Each box saves only its own side: a team note cannot be written into somebody's private notes, and a private note is never written to a thread you do not own. Notes never leave the business — nothing in them reaches the guest, the stay page, or a review.
