Team Notes and My Notes in a Conversation

The Two Note Boxes

Two boxes sit side by side beside every conversation, under the reservation:

• Team notes: Every teammate with access to the listing reads them; those permitted to message guests write them. On a booked stay, this is the same note as Team notes on the reservation, so editing one edits both. Use it for what the cleaner should know, what the guest said by phone, and anything to remember.
• My notes: Only you can read them.

How Notes Are Kept Separate

Each box saves only its own content. A team note cannot be written into another person's private notes, and a private note is never written to a thread you do not own. Notes never leave the business; nothing in them reaches the guest, the stay page, or a review.
