Saved Messages

Under Automation → Saved messages, write a common answer once, and it is one click away in the inbox. Examples are the wifi password, the parking, or "yes, early check-in is usually fine". Keep as a saved message, in a message's ⋯ menu, adds one from a thread.

Saved Messages and Message Rules

Message rules send on their own at a set moment. See message rules and scheduled messages. A saved message waits for you to select it, which suits questions that arrive at any time but always have the same answer. The exception is a saved message with a Schedule message time, which sends itself like a rule.

Shortcodes work inside saved messages, so one can still greet the guest by name.
