Saved messages

Under Automation → Saved messages. The wifi password, the parking situation, the "yes, early check-in is usually fine" — write it once and it is one click away in the inbox.

Different from message rules, which send on their own at a set moment — see "Message rules and scheduled messages". A saved message waits for you to choose it — unless you give it a Schedule message time, and then it sends itself like a rule. Unscheduled, it suits the questions that come at unpredictable times but always have the same answer. Keep as a saved message, in a message's ⋯ menu, adds one straight from a thread.

Shortcodes work inside them, so a saved message can still greet the guest by name.
