Who Can Open the Stay Page

Every stay has a page the guest opens from its private link.

On a stay booked on Kabora or your own site, it opens once someone on the booking signs in. On a stay you added, it opens for anyone holding the link.

What the Stay Page Shows

It shows the place, the dates and the arrival details, and the door code and Wi-Fi from three days before arrival. It also holds the house rules and guidebook, the guest's receipt, and the ways to request a change or an extra. The page is assembled from the listing's arrival page, rules and resources, so nothing is written twice.

The door code and Wi-Fi wait while a due payment is unpaid, or a rental agreement or check-in form the listing requires is incomplete. They appear only to the people on the booking, signed in, on a stay you added as well.

Finding a Stay's Link

Automation → Guest portal is your view of the stay page. Open example portal opens a real stay's page. Portal links lists the link of every upcoming, current and past stay, with Open and Copy link, in the reservations table's row. On a stay you added yourself, New link replaces the link: the guest is emailed the new one, and the old one stops opening at once.

Send the link when a guest books outside Kabora and has no account. To see the door code they sign in with a code sent to the booking's email address. A guest who books on Kabora or your own site receives it in their confirmation.

Nights another site's calendar link closed have no guest and no link here; that stay is managed where it was booked.
