The guest portal, from the host's side

Every stay has a page the guest opens from its private link: the place, the dates, the arrival details, the door code and Wi-Fi from three days before arrival — for the people on the booking once signed in, or for anyone holding the link of a stay you added — the house rules, the guidebook, their receipt and the ways to ask for a change or an extra. It is assembled from the listing — the arrival page, the rules, the resources — so there is nothing to write twice.

Automation → Guest portal is your window onto it: Open example portal opens a real stay's page, and Portal links gives every upcoming, current and past stay's link with Open and Copy link, in the same row the reservations table draws. Send the link when a guest books outside Kabora and has no account yet; a guest who books on Kabora or your own site gets it in their confirmation.

Nights another site's calendar link closed came with no guest to send it to, so they have no link here; that guest's stay lives on the site it was booked on.
