Why a Direct Site Costs Less

Your site is under Direct bookings → Website. It carries Kabora's lowest booking fee, 3%, against 5% when Kabora's marketplace found the guest.

One Site or Several

A site can cover your whole portfolio or one cabin. Run several if your listings are truly different businesses; each site has its own address, look and analytics.

Draft and Ready

A site starts as a Draft, which shows nothing to anyone, including you, so you can build it before anyone finds it. Then give it an address and press Mark ready. Until its address answers, the site says Waiting for domain, and once it does, Live.

What Direct Guests Receive

The other tabs under Direct bookings set what your site's guests receive, apart from your Kabora listings:

• Booking policies: What they receive back if they cancel.
• Payment schedules: When they pay you.
• Markups: What they pay over your rate.
• Instant book: Whether they book instantly.
• Promo codes: The codes your site accepts.

Payout history lists every payment your stays have taken, from Kabora and your own site, with Kabora's fee on each.
